We stand behind the quality of every Novan piece. If you receive an item with a quality issue, we offer a free return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility

• The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be included

Non-Eligible Cases

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or damage caused after delivery
• Minor natural variations in pearls (shape, texture, luster)

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
